Penspen is urgently looking for Team Lead Project Interface to work with one of the ADNOC Offshore PMC project in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the engineering execution of complex offshore facilities—such as Gas compression system, Water Treatment and Disposal System, Substations and associated brownfield/greenfield scopes
- Lead and coordinate all engineering disciplines (mechanical, piping, structural, electrical, instrumentation, subsea, etc.)
- Ensure engineering deliverables meet project specifications, offshore standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee engineering execution during FEED and EPC phases
- Ensure technical integrity of offshore facilities, including topsides, jackets, subsea systems, and pipelines.
- Monitor engineering progress, identify deviations, and implement recovery actions.
- Manage interfaces between engineering, procurement, fabrication yards, marine teams, and offshore construction
- Support offshore construction planning, installation engineering, and readiness reviews.
- Lead a team of project engineers and discipline engineers
- Prepare engineering status reports, dashboards, and KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelors of Engineering in Mechanical/ Civil/ Electrical or Relevant discipline
- Minimum 15–20+ years in oil & gas, with 5+ years in offshore mega projects.
- Minimum 5–10+ years in Offshore projects is mandatory.
- Experience in a similar role in large oil and gas FEED/EPC offshore project.
- Previous experience in the ADNOC offshore project is an added advantage.
- Experience from PMC Background preferred
