We’re building a strong foundation with ambitious goals, and we’re looking for a motivated **Sales Team Leader** to help us grow, lead our sales agents, and shape the future of our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of real estate sales agents to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Provide training, support, and mentorship to new and existing team members.
- Monitor individual and team performance and implement strategies to drive productivity.
- Support team members in client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closings.
- Handle high-value clients and complex transactions as needed.
- Drive lead generation efforts and ensure consistent follow-ups with potential buyers.
- Maintain detailed reports on team performance and sales metrics.
- Ensure adherence to real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in real estate sales.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a team leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Valid real estate license ( preferred).
