Role Description
This is a volunteer hybrid role for a Team Lead Coordinator, with the position based in Dubai and some work-from-home flexibility.
The Team Lead Coordinator will oversee scheduling, assign tutors to students, and ensure the effective implementation of tutoring plans.
This role also involves tracking progress, supporting team communication, and maintaining high-quality service standards.
Additionally, the coordinator will participate in training new tutors, providing feedback, and planning team meetings.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to oversee schedules and coordinate activities
- Leadership, teamwork, and communication skills to effectively lead and support a tutoring team
- Problem-solving and analytical skills for monitoring student progress and implementing improvements
- Proficiency in using digital tools for remote coordination and communication
- A passion for education and a commitment to Simone’s values of personalized and results-driven support
- Experience in education, tutoring, or a leadership role is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
