Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Team Leader – Audit
to join our growing Audit & Assurance team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion
- Supervise and review work of audit staff
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and ISA standards
- Liaise with clients and manage audit deliverables
- Mentor and guide junior team members
- Support managers in engagement execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional qualification (CA / ACCA / CPA preferred)
- 4–7 years of audit experience
- Strong knowledge of IFRS & auditing standards
- Proven experience in leading audit teams
- Strong communication and leadership skills
