- Lead development, integration, and support of digital banking platforms.
- Oversee developers and specialists and drive delivery of enterprise channel solutions.
- Ensure the stability, security, and performance of Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, API integrations, and other digital banking services.

- Strong technical background in application development.
- Leadership experience.
- Proven expertise in banking or financial-services technology environments.
