Team Assistant / Team Executive Assistant (UAE National)

About This Role

We are working with a reputable Government Entity in Abu Dhabi on a Team Assistant role , supporting a team of senior stakeholders (C-suite, Directors, etc.).

This is a high exposure position offering strong visibility across investment operations within a fast paced, professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day administrative and coordination support to approximately 9 senior stakeholders
• Manage complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Coordinate investment committee activities, including agendas, materials, and minutes
• Prepare presentations, reports, and general documentation
• Act as a key point of contact across internal teams and external stakeholders
• Support overall team organisation and ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

• UAE National with family book
• Abu Dhabi based
• 5+ years' experience in EA, administration, team support, or coordination roles
• Atleast 2 years of experience supporting multiple stakeholders
• Strong English and Arabic communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Professional, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
