About The Role

Full Stack Ai-Enabled Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Build and launch web applications and digital products from scratch using modern development approaches.
• Use AI-powered development tools (Cursor, Claude, AI coding agents, etc.) to accelerate development workflows.
• Write effective prompts and guide AI tools to generate accurate, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Review, validate, test, and improve AI-generated code to ensure quality and performance.
• Work across the full developmentlifecycle:
• + Planning
• + Architecture
• + Development
• + Testing
• + Deployment
• + Continuous improvement
• Develop full-stack applications including frontend, backend, database, and server setup.
• Build internal tools, CRM systems, and customer-facing applications.
• Collaborate with a small technical team and independently own projects end-to-end.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve development efficiency.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and continuously optimize existing solutions.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience with
• PHP and Laravel

• Experience building responsive web applications.
