Corporate Tax Specialist
will lead the group’s tax compliance, planning, and advisory activities, ensuring full alignment with UAE Corporate Tax regulations and supporting strategic business initiatives across multiple subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee UAE Corporate Tax compliance and filings with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA).
- Manage tax reporting, provisions, and disclosures in line with IFRS.
- Lead tax planning initiatives and advise on structuring, transactions, and new projects.
- Ensure compliance with transfer pricing requirements and maintain documentation.
- Manage tax audits, regulatory correspondence, and external advisors.
- Implement strong tax governance and risk management frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA, CTA preferred).
- 4-6 years of corporate tax experience, ideally within diversified groups or Big 4.
- Strong knowledge of UAE
- Corporate Tax and VAT regulations
