Role Overview
The Finance Manager will play a key strategic role in supporting financial planning, governance, and performance management across multiple business units.

Big 4 audit/advisory backgrounds or real estate/investment groups
, seeking a high-impact leadership role within a diversified corporate structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities
- Deliver accurate FP&A insights, variance analysis, and management reporting
- Oversee internal controls over financial reporting (ICOFR) aligned with COSO/IFRS
- Manage group cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships
- Support financing, restructuring, and investment evaluation initiatives
- Develop financial models and feasibility studies for key projects
- Coordinate property and asset valuations with external consultants
- Ensure timely month-end close, including accruals, impairments, and profitability analysis
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, processes, and governance
- Lead and develop finance team members to ensure high performance
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Professional qualification preferred: ACCA, CPA, CMA, ACA, or CFAAn
- 10+ years of experience in Finance, Audit, or Accounting
- Minimum 5 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Strong preference for
Big 4 (audit/advisory)
- or
- real estate/investment group experience
- Experience in large, diversified, or listed organizations preferred
- Strong background in FP&A, treasury, and financial reporting controls
