Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will support the company’s market expansion strategy across the UAE, driving adoption of innovative digital screening solutions within education, healthcare, and institutional sectors.
This role requires strong consultative sales capabilities, stakeholder engagement experience, and the ability to manage strategic client relationships across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development activities and market expansion initiatives across the UAE.
- Identify and develop relationships with school groups, healthcare institutions, and relevant government or regulatory stakeholders.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and pilot program discussions with decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pipeline management, negotiations, and closing.
- Coordinate with technical and operational teams to support successful onboarding and implementation.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting, and sales reporting.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry networking events.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to support commercial strategy
Key Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of business development or sales experience within the UAE.
- A background in K-12 EdTech or institutional solution sales is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of UAE education and institutional ecosystems.
- Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and achieve commercial targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms and structured sales methodologies.
- Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel across the Emirates.
- Arabic language skills are advantageous.
- Experience within startup or high-growth environments is beneficial.
