A leading UAE-based construction and investment group is seeking an experienced
Corporate Tax (Ct) Specialist
to join its Finance team and lead the organization's corporate tax function.
Key Responsibilities
ā Corporate Tax compliance and reporting
ā Transfer Pricing (TP) implementation and governance
ā Tax planning and optimization strategies
ā Liaison with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA)
ā Economic Substance Reporting (ESR) and regulatory compliance
ā ERP tax integration and automation initiatives
ā Tax advisory support for business transactions and restructuring
Requirements
ā Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or equivalent professional qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA)
ā Minimum 8 years of relevant taxation experience
ā Strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax regulations
ā Experience within large corporate or multinational organizations
ā Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
ā Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
