Our client, a fast-growing fintech digital investment platform, is hiring an Investor Relations Associate to play a central role in how the business engages, grows, and retains its investor base across both retail and professional segments.
What You'Ll Do
- Manage ongoing communication with existing and prospective investors via email, calls, and platform messaging
- Support onboarding and relationship management across retail and professional investor segments
- Produce regular reporting, investor updates, and engagement materials (newsletters, performance summaries, FAQs)
- Act as a key point of contact for investor queries, escalating where needed
- Work closely with compliance, product, and marketing to ensure investor communications are accurate, timely, and on-brand
- Help build and maintain investor community engagement (events, webinars, AMAs)
- What you bring
- 2–4 years' experience in investor relations, private banking, wealth management, or a capital markets environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable producing investor-facing materials
- Detail-oriented, comfortable with reporting cadences and compliance-sensitive communication
- Based in Dubai, or willing to relocate
- Experience with both retail and HNW/professional investor segments is a plus
- Fintech, crowdfunding, or digital investment platform exposure is highly valued but not mandatory
