Role and team

What you’ll do

• Own day-to-day relationships with creators around their ventures and ensure agreed commitments are delivered.
• Keep creators connected to products, customer feedback, and business milestones.
• Create filming and publishing schedules for launches and ongoing support.
• Secure filming time and coordinate around travel and other commitments.
• Prepare creators and shoot briefs with the content producer.
• Follow content through filming, editing, approval, and publication; confirm posts are live.
• Spot delays, scheduling clashes, and brand conflicts; propose recovery plans and escalate commercial or contractual decisions.
• Track commitments, approvals, usage permissions, and published links, with weekly status and risk updates.

Experience and qualifications

• Experience managing creators, talent, or high-profile personalities and examples of delivering commitments through to completion.
• Understanding of working with creators and their teams across MENA.
• Fluent English is required; Arabic is advantageous but not essential.
• Able to discuss missed commitments while preserving trust, solve problems, and escalate appropriately.
• Organised, discreet, calm when plans change, and able to maintain a reliable calendar and tracker using Notion, Google Calendar, or similar.
