Role

Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding and managing creators and influencers; scout and onboard new creators.
• Coordinate campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables, and help ensure timely execution of campaigns and daily briefs.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with creators, and manage trackers, databases, and campaign updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams and assist with basic negotiations and content approvals.
• Work across media, legal, and finance teams to meet client commitments; plan and schedule delivery for clients and brand or agency partnerships.

Job requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent Arabic is required.
• Good time management, multitasking, organization, attention to detail, initiative, and ability to take ownership.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and in high-pressure environments.
• Basic understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and the creator ecosystem.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Clear written and oral communication and ability to build relationships and meet commitments.
