- Support performance management and talent review processes.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent management, learning & development, and organizational development.
- Strong understanding of competency frameworks, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Dubai/UAE passport holders only.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working within large corporate or government-related environments.
- Professional certifications in Learning & Development or Talent Management are advantageous.
