Overview

Contactless Applications Manager is responsible for all aspects of the contactless platform and the ticketing systema.

This pivotal role involves aligning system capabilities with business strategy and objectives, overseeing platform implementation, upscaling, and enhancing user experience.

The Manager plays a lead role in planning, developing, executing, monitoring, and closing all projects and initiatives related to the contactless platform, ensuring optimal organizational efficiency and functionality.

Responsibilities include business process analysis, Applications management, system administration, integration planning, development, change management, and fostering strategic relationships, C#, .NET core, SQL server, Kubernetes and COM components SDK integration solid knowledge.

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team environment and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Applications and integrations development with latest technologies.
  • C#, .NET core, SQL server, Kubernetes and COM components SDK integration Hands on
  • Contactless, Ticketing Solution Exposure and related apps
  • Knowledge with API related integrations and development
  • SQL Skills to support business operation

Desirable

  • Certifications in database management, such as Oracle or SQL Server
  • ITIL foundation certification

Master Of Business Administration

  • 5+ years’ experience of Applications Development and management

  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Strong understanding of business concepts and general business functions
  • Able to approach challenges with a diagnostic approach and to be able to find new solutions to difficult Technology and business problems
  • Understanding of latest UX best practices and the use of mobile applications.
  • Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions
  • Experience identifying business operational issues and recommending and implementing technical solutions to resolve problems
  • Ability to readily learn and adapt to new technologies, industry practices and trends
  • Experience of application integration management
  • Programming skills

Desirable

  • Experience of managing ticketing applications
  • Experience of managing point of sales (POS) applications
  • Knowledge on B2B and B2C applications
  • Experience with data modeling tools, and major DBMS systems
  • Design and development integration and reporting services
  • Experience in project management
