Talent Acquisition Specialist - UAEN

Overview

• The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles, sourcing and selecting high-quality talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• The role works closely with hiring managers and the talent acquisition team to deliver timely hires that support business objectives.
• Manage the end-to end recruitment process for assigned positions from requisition approval through to offer acceptance and onboarding handover.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates through a variety of channels (job boards, databases, social media, employee referrals etc.)

• Liaise with hiring managers to understand role requirements, candidate profiles, and workforce needs.
• Conduct initial interviews, coordinate interview logistics, and guide both candidates and hiring managers through each stage of the process.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback at every stage.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance with recruitment policies.
• Support employer branding activities and recruitment marketing initiatives (e.g. job fairs, social media campaigns, campus events)
• Coordinate with the TA Officer for interview scheduling, documentation, and compliance.
• Participate in onboarding activities in collaboration with the Employer Brand & Onboarding Specialist, supporting a smooth transition from candidate to new hire.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, candidate quality, source effectiveness) and suggest process improvements where needed.
• Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
• Support Emiratization, diversity and inclusion goals through unbiased sourcing and selection methods.
