Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialis t with 2–3 years of recruitment experience to support our hiring needs in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, building strong candidate pipelines, and attracting top talent, preferably within the real estate sector
Key Responsibilities
- Manage th e end-to-end recruitment process , including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Source candidates throug h LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct headhunting
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeli ne for current and future hiring need
- Coordinate with hiring managers t o understand job requirements and recruitment priorities
- Screen resumes and conduc t initial candidate interviews and assessmen ts
- Ensure a positive candidate experien ce throughout the hiring process
- Track recruitment progress and maintain accurate records in th e ATS or recruitment database
- Assist i n employer branding initiativ es to attract high-quality candidates
- Stay updated o n market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availabili ty, particularly within the real estate sector.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s deg ree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisit ion, preferably in the U
- AE.Real estate industry experience is highly preferred
- Strong experience in sourcing through LinkedIn and other recruitment platfo r ms
- Excelle nt communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to mana ge multiple roles simultaneously and meet recruitment deadli nes
- Familiarity wi th ATS systems and recruitment to ols is an advantage
