Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in healthcare recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry practices and recruitment trends.
• Proven track record of successfully filling challenging healthcare positions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective relationship building.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Ability to manage multiple recruiting projects and meet critical deadlines simultaneously.
