💼 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Attract and engage high-quality candidates, especially in real estate
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Work directly with leadership to hit fast-paced hiring targets
- Deliver quality hires quickly in a competitive market
