About The Role We are hiring on behalf of our client in the EPC sector for a driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist/Manager to lead hiring across engineering, technical, and site-based roles.

This Role Is Strictly For Professionals Who Understand

• Hiring for construction/EPC environments in the UAE
• Sourcing and mobilizing site-based workforce (engineers, supervisors, labor)
• Managing lateral hiring for mid to senior roles
• Fast-paced hiring aligned with project timelines

If you do not have hands-on experience hiring for construction or EPC roles in the UAE, this role is not suitable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for engineering, technical, and blue-collar roles across multiple project sites
• Manage bulk hiring and mobilization of workforce based on project requirements and deadlines
• Handle lateral hiring for mid to senior-level positions (Project Managers, Engineers, Commercial roles, etc.)
• Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, vendor networks, referrals, and direct hiring
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to understand manpower requirements
• Manage recruitment vendors, agencies, and overseas hiring partners where required
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hires
• Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reporting for management review
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, visa processes, and onboarding requirements
• Drive employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
• Support onboarding and initial employee integration at site level

Mandatory Requirements

• 5–8 years of Talent Acquisition experience
• Minimum 3–5 years in EPC / Construction hiring in the UAE
• Proven experience hiring engineers, technical staff, and site workforce
• Strong experience in bulk hiring + lateral hiring
• Experience managing recruitment for large workforce requirements (200+ employees)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring timelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing network/database of construction professionals and manpower suppliers
• Experience in overseas hiring and mobilization (India, Pakistan, etc.)
• Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools
• Strong negotiation and offer management skills
• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
