Talent Acquisition Specialist – Dubai
At Storeys, we’re building one of Dubai’s fastest-growing full-stack real estate platforms — covering property sales, investments, mortgages, interiors, and facilities management.
We’re looking for ambitious individuals who are ready to build a serious career in recruitment and talent acquisition.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
What You’ll Do
- Source and connect with potential candidates
- Screen, interview, and coordinate hiring processes
- Work closely with business leaders on hiring requirements
- Build strong candidate relationships and employer branding
- Help scale teams across multiple business functions
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Confidence in speaking with candidates and closing positions
- High energy, ambition, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A self-driven mindset with hunger to grow professionally
