About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Recruitment Sourcing Executive who can identify, attract, and engage top talent. You will play a key role in building a strong candidate pipeline and supporting the hiring team in closing positions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Source sales candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and databases
• Screen profiles and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Maintain candidate data and track hiring progress
• Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring experience
• Meet daily/weekly sourcing and submission targets

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in recruitment/sourcing (Freshers with strong interest can apply)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
