Overview

Takween Aldar Real Estate is expanding, and we’re looking for an exceptional recruiter who knows how to attract top talent—not just fill positions.

If you’re passionate about identifying high-performing sales professionals, building strong talent pipelines, and helping scale a fast-growing organization, we’d like to speak with you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Recruiting top-performing real estate agents, sales professionals, and support staff
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
  • Conducting interviews and candidate assessments
  • Developing creative hiring strategies to attract high-caliber talent
  • Working closely with leadership to support aggressive growth targets

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven recruitment experience (real estate recruitment is a major advantage)
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
  • Excellent communication and interviewing abilities
  • Ability to identify high-performers and cultural fit
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven mindset
  • Experience hiring sales professionals is highly preferred
