Takween Aldar Real Estate is expanding and currently seeking experienced Real Estate Agents with a strong background in both secondary market and off-plan sales.
This opportunity is ideal for motivated, client-focused professionals looking to grow within a company that offers strong marketing support and access to high-quality leads in Dubai’s competitive property market.

Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in Dubai real estate (secondary and/or off-plan)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, commission-based environment
- Solid knowledge of the Dubai property market
- RERA certification preferred
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Manage property sales and leasing transactions from start to completion
- Generate and convert leads into successful transactions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
- Conduct property viewings and presentations
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize exposure and lead generation
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
- Stay up to date with market trends and new project launches
