Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles within Oil&Gas in GCC and Italy
- Source and engage top talent using various channels
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure strong fit
- Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers throughout the process
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies
- We are looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, resilient to work under pressure and tight deadlines, passionate about connecting people with opportunities.
