Talent Acquisition Specialist
to support its ongoing clinical and non‑clinical recruitment needs.
This role is ideal for a proactive recruiter with a solid
healthcare background
and hands‑on experience in
end‑to‑end hiring
.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle for
- clinical roles
- , including
- Physicians, Nursing staff, and Allied Health professionals
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce requirements
- Actively
- headhunt and source candidates
- using
LinkedIn Recruiter
- , job portals, and professional networks
- Screen, assess, and coordinate interviews for shortlisted candidates
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards using
Excel
- Ensure smooth candidate experience from sourcing through offer stage
- Support compliance with hiring standards, documentation, and timelines
Candidate Profile
- **3–4 years of experience**
- in
- healthcare recruitment
- (hospital or healthcare group preferred)
- Proven track record hiring
- nurses, physicians, and allied health professionals
- Strong hands‑on experience using
LinkedIn Recruiter
- and direct sourcing/headhunting
- Proficiency in
Excel
- for recruitment tracking, reporting, and pipeline management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self‑driven, organized, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously
