Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Real Estate (Abu Dhabi)
PSI Assets is currently hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in the Abu Dhabi real estate sector.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate and corporate roles
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes
- Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs
- Build a strong pipeline of real estate professionals in Abu Dhabi
- Ensure smooth and timely recruitment delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition within the Abu Dhabi real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
- Excellent communication and interviewing skills
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
