Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Realty Sales Consultant - Multilingual Speaker at Property Shop Investment LLC in Abu Dhabi.
The role will involve tasks related to property brokerage, listing, leasing, development & consultancy services, real estate marketing, investment advisory, property appraisal, and property & facility management.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English, Arabic and/or a second European language
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in property brokerage, listing, and leasing
- Knowledge of real estate marketing and investment advisory
- Ability to assess property values and provide property appraisal
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, Business, or related field
