Job Summary
Responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions within the organization.
Requires a deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing: develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies using social media, job boards, networking events, and referrals.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: manage job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Stakeholder Management: partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide talent acquisition guidance.
- Candidate Experience: maintain regular communication, provide timely feedback, and create a seamless recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition.
Skills
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret recruitment metrics.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
