How you will make an impact

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple complex searches and create innovative sourcing and engagement strategies.
• Develop comprehensive sourcing plans using networking, referrals, job boards, social media, career fairs, research, and direct contact.
• Conduct consultative interviews to assess candidate experience, qualifications, motivators, interest, and availability.
• Manage interview workflows, compensation negotiations, and candidate closing.
• Coordinate research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping, and competitor analysis.
• Maintain candidate relationships and build strong talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with leadership and internal partners to understand hiring-manager needs and meet expectations.
• Manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and share data-driven stakeholder updates.
• Build relationships with Talent Acquisition, PX, Compensation, Sales, management, and other stakeholders.
• Support diversity and inclusion hiring strategies and use data to influence hiring decisions.

What you will need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced staffing environment.
• At least 5 years of experience sourcing and recruiting candidates with technical backgrounds.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting MSP clients with 12–24 hour talent turnaround times.
• Experience supporting multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Strong applicant tracking system management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, time-management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to create strategies that attract passive candidates and build diverse pipelines.
• A proactive, data-driven approach to problem-solving and stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency with social networking, internet tools, LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, CRMs, and Boolean search strings.

Preferred experience

• Experience using Bullhorn ATS is strongly preferred.
