Senior Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the end-to-end migration program from ULVN to the Reltio cloud platform. This role demands strong leadership and program management skills with a deep understanding of data migration strategies, cloud platforms, and stakeholder collaboration across IT, data governance, and business units.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the comprehensive migration program from ULVN legacy systems to the Reltio cloud data platform, ensuring smooth transition with minimal disruption to business operations.

Develop and manage detailed program plans, timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT infrastructure, data engineering, security, compliance, and business users.

Drive communication with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular status updates, issue resolution, and aligning project goals with business objectives.

Oversee data validation, cleansing, mapping, and testing activities to ensure data integrity and completeness post-migration.

Manage vendor relationships and partnerships related to the Reltio implementation and support.

Ensure compliance with data privacy, security policies, and regulatory standards throughout the migration process.

Facilitate training and change management initiatives to support adoption of the new platform.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and scalability within the new cloud environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.

8+ years of program or project management experience with a strong focus on data platform migrations or cloud implementations.

Proven experience managing complex data migration projects, preferably involving cloud platforms such as Reltio, AWS, Azure, or similar.

Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and platforms is highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, and compliance frameworks.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

PMP, Agile, or other project management certifications preferred.

Experience with program management and collaboration tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
