🚀 The Role
This is about building the talent engine — not just filling roles.
-Own end-to-end hiring across multiple functions -Partner with leadership to define roles, benchmark & raise the bar
-Build structured, scalable hiring processes
-Drive a high talent-density culture
🧠 What They’re Looking For
-2–4 years in TA within startup / scale-up environments
-Experience hiring across technical + non-technical roles
-Strong systems thinking & operational discipline
-Fluent in Arabic & English
