About The Role

As a luxury niche perfume Maison with headquarters in Dubai and a growing international presence across Paris, London, New York and Hong Kong, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager who will elevate our approach to attracting exceptional talent across our global footprint. This role plays a key part in shaping and delivering a distinctive talent acquisition strategy aligned with our brand universe, business ambitions and culture. Working in close partnership with business leaders and hiring managers, the Talent Acquisition Manager will drive workforce planning, strengthen talent pipelines, enhance employer desirability, and ensure a high-touch, rigorous and efficient recruitment experience that reflects the standards of a premium, entrepreneurial and international organisation.

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Workforce Planning

  • Define and continuously enhance the Group’s talent acquisition strategy.
  • Align hiring priorities with business ambitions, growth plans and organisational needs.
  • Partner with leaders across Dubai, Paris, London, New York and Hong Kong to anticipate talent needs and support workforce planning.

End-To-End Recruitment Delivery

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across functions and seniority levels.
  • Manage role briefing, sourcing strategy, assessment, offer management and closing.
  • Guide hiring managers through selection, evaluation and decision-making.

Sourcing, Talent Pipelining & Market Mapping

  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies across corporate, commercial and retail populations.
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for key and recurrent roles.
  • Conduct market mapping and identify external talent pools in competitive international markets.

Candidate Experience & Employer Brand

  • Deliver a refined, seamless and high-touch candidate journey.
  • Ensure the recruitment experience reflects the codes and standards of a premium Maison.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives that strengthen visibility and attractiveness in the talent market.

Stakeholder & Partner Management

  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, leadership teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a strategic advisor on recruitment decisions and market realities.
  • Manage external search partners and vendors to ensure service quality and relevance of talent presented.

Governance, Budget & Recruitment Excellence

  • Oversee recruitment budget and agency spend with discipline and accuracy.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of recruitment channels, tools and practices.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable employment regulations while driving continuous improvement.

Profile & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5–8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, including stakeholder management responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated success in managing full-cycle recruitment across a range of functions and seniority levels.
  • Previous experience within the luxury retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, interview methodologies, and recruitment tools.
  • Professional proficiency in both English and French is required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, together with a strong sense of confidentiality and high attention to detail.
