About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Trade Marketing & Visual Merchandising Executive

to support the execution of marketing, retail, and visual merchandising initiatives across the MEA and APAC regions.

This role is instrumental in ensuring consistent and impactful brand visibility across all retail and digital touchpoints, while supporting product launches, trade animations, boutique events, and 360° marketing activations.

The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, a keen eye for luxury aesthetics, and a passion for fragrance and retail excellence.

1. Retail & E-Retail Support

  • Support the coordination and execution of new retail openings, including boutiques, shop-in-shops, and trade animations.
  • Plan and manage boutique events to strengthen client engagement and drive brand loyalty.
  • Conduct regular market visits to assess brand representation, monitor product performance, and build strong relationships with field teams and retail partners.
  • Track boutique performance and prepare post-activation reports and business analyses for internal stakeholders.
  • Perform regular online audits to ensure compliance with brand guidelines across e-retail and partner platforms.

2. Visual Merchandising Ownership

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all visual merchandising activities across the two regions.
  • Develop and update planograms for all retail doors in line with product launches and campaign priorities.
  • Manage POSM, including ordering, shipping, and installation.
  • Coordinate visual updates and maintain alignment with global merchandising standards.
  • Monitor and report on VM implementation to ensure consistency and excellence across all points of sale.

3. Trade Animations & Retail Activations

  • Lead end-to-end project management of trade animations, including window takeovers, pop-ups (e.g., 3x3 and 8x8 formats), and in-store events.
  • Prepare briefs for local agencies and contractors, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and global guidelines.
  • Coordinate with malls, duty-free operators, and external partners during production and installation phases.
  • Oversee on-site implementation, organize photography, and liaise with field teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Prepare detailed post-campaign reports, including performance analysis, visual recaps, and key learnings.
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities to identify trends, gather inspiration, and uncover opportunities.

4. Digital & E-Retail Support

  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital and e-retail touchpoints (retailers’ social accounts, retailers’ websites).
  • Coordinate digital campaigns supporting trade activations, including homepage banners, pop-up ads, and promotional placements.
  • Provide approved assets, packshots, product descriptions, and campaign content in line with the annual marketing calendar.
  • Collaborate with partners to optimize online visibility and merchandising.

5. 360° Marketing Support

  • Assist in the execution of integrated marketing plans across PR, events, retail, and digital channels.
  • Support budget tracking, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
  • Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and performance summaries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of all initiatives.

Profile & Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Luxury Management or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Retail Marketing or Brand Activation, preferably within luxury, beauty or fragrance.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong visual sensitivity.
  • Experience coordinating external agencies, suppliers and retail partners.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and activation performance data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across the region when required.

Nice To Have

  • Experience within fragrance, beauty or luxury retail.
  • Knowledge of planogram creation and visual merchandising tools.
  • Experience working with travel retail operators and duty-free environments.
  • Understanding of e-retail and digital merchandising best practices.
  • Previous exposure to MEA and APAC markets.
