Talent Acquisition Manager
who will build and lead in-house hiring as the business scales across the GCC.
š Dubai, UAE
What You'll Own
End-to-end recruitment across the platform ā from workforce planning and direct sourcing through to offer and onboarding.
You'll stand up and shape the TA function, build pipelines for hard-to-fill technical and leadership roles, manage search and agency partners, and partner with business leaders to align hiring with project mobilisation.
Right fit if you have:
š¹ 5+ years in talent acquisition, including managerial / team-lead experience
š¹ Mandatory UAE recruitment exposure across infrastructure, EPC & construction
š¹ Multi-sector hiring background ā Construction, Engineering, Oil & Gas, IT, Manufacturing & Healthcare
š¹ Strong direct-sourcing skills ā Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter & ATS
š¹ Proven full-cycle and high-volume / project-mobilisation hiring
š¹ Degree in HR / Business; CIPD or SHRM an advantage
