Role Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing talent strategies, and leading a team to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes. You will partner closely with business leaders to align hiring plans with organizational goals and ensure a strong talent pipeline across all functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple business units
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract high-quality and diverse talent
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
  • Manage, mentor, and guide the Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring targets and KPIs
  • Drive employer branding initiatives across platforms such as LinkedIn and job portals
  • Oversee screening, interviewing, and selection processes to ensure quality hiring decisions
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and future roles
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor laws, and organizational standards

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
  • Proven experience handling high-volume and leadership hiring
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and employer branding
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in ATS systems and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, NaukriGulf, and Bayt.com
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
