We are looking for a **Senior Talent Acquisition Manager** who can take ownership of our recruitment strategy and delivery.

You are not just managing hires; you are designing scalable talent pipelines and influencing hiring decisions at the highest level.

You will lead a team of recruiters, partnering with clients and stakeholders to deliver top-tier talent across multiple industries.

Modern Recruitment Approach

Talent Strategy Ownership

Develop and execute end to end recruitment strategies aligned with client and business goals.

Build strong talent pipelines for critical and hard to fill roles.

End To End Recruitment Leadership

Oversee the full hiring lifecycle from job intake and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters.

Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions to elevate team capability.

Data Driven Recruitment

Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time to hire, quality of hire, and sourcing effectiveness to improve processes.

Stakeholder Management

Partner with senior leaders and clients to understand hiring needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.

Present recruitment insights and recommendations.

Experience

6 to 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing teams or projects.

Industry Knowledge

Strong experience in corporate hiring, agency recruitment, or executive search across multiple industries is highly preferred.

Tools and Systems

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.

Language Skills

Fluent in English.

Arabic is an advantage for client engagement in the region.

You know how to balance speed with quality and can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR25,000.00 - QAR30,000.00 per month
