Role Overview

RE/MAX Smart Concept Real Estate is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition & HR Manager to lead and elevate our recruitment and HR function.

This is a hands-on leadership role, not a coordination position.

You will be responsible for building a high-performing, structured, and scalable workforce, with a strong focus on speed, quality, and accountability in hiring.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition Leadership (Primary Focus)

Own and manage the full recruitment cycle end-to-end

Ensure CV screening within 24 hours

Schedule interviews within 48 hours

Build and maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates

Improve recruitment funnel performance and conversion rates

Ensure immediate availability of replacement candidates

2. Performance & Workforce Management

Identify underperforming employees within 30–60 days

Implement structured performance tracking systems

Drive improvement plans or initiate replacement decisions

Maintain a consistently high-performing team

3. Policy Enforcement & Discipline

Enforce company policies including attendance, conduct, and dress code

Issue formal warnings and maintain proper documentation

Apply structured escalation procedures (warning → final → action)

Ensure consistency and discipline across all departments

4. HR Operations Oversight

Supervise onboarding and offboarding processes

Oversee visa processing and employment documentation

Ensure HR records are accurate, updated, and compliant

5. Reporting & Accountability

Submit weekly HR reports covering:

Recruitment pipeline

Hiring timelines

Retention metrics

Replacement status

HR risks

Take full ownership of HR performance outcomes

Requirements

5–7 years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition

Experience in real estate or a sales-driven environment is preferred

Proven track record in high-volume, fast-paced recruitment

Strong ability to manage employee performance and discipline

Confident decision-maker with the ability to work independently

Not an HR coordinator role

Not administrative-focused

Not limited to policy management
