Talent Acquisition Manager / Talent Attraction Manager (head level)
📍 Abu Dhabi, UAE (Onsite)
We are partnering with a leading AI organization to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager to build and scale their hiring function at a critical stage of growth.
This is a high-impact, leadership role where you will design and lead the entire recruiting strategy while remaining hands-on in execution.

You will:
- Design and lead the end-to-end recruiting strategy
- Build and manage a high-performing TA function
- Drive hiring across technical and business roles
- Partner closely with leadership to translate business goals into hiring plans
- Stay hands-on to ensure quality, pace, and hiring excellence
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a scalable Talent Acquisition function
- Define hiring strategy, processes, and standards across the business
- Partner with senior stakeholders to shape roles and raise hiring bar
- Drive structured, data-driven hiring decisions
- Lead workforce planning, forecasting, and hiring prioritization
- Develop strong talent pipelines across tech (AI/ML, Engineering, Product, etc.)
- Implement AI, automation, and tools to enhance hiring efficiency
- Own and elevate the candidate experience
- Drive employer branding and talent positioning
- Embed diversity & inclusion initiatives (including Emiratization focus)
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Tech Recruiting
- Experience growing through ranks (hands-on → leadership)
- Background across agency + in-house environments
- Proven track record in high-growth or scaling companies
- Strong experience hiring technical talent in competitive markets
- Ability to build structure from scratch
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders
- Currently based in Abu Dhabi or open to commuting/relocating (preferred)
Nice to Have
- Experience in AI / deep tech / high-bar engineering environments
- Exposure to UAE hiring market & Emiratization frameworks
- Experience hiring internationally or relocating talent
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Up to AED 40,000/month
- Bonus and education allowance
