Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic planning: forecast hiring needs, design long-term talent acquisition roadmaps, and align recruitment budgets with business objectives.
• Team leadership: manage, mentor, and evaluate internal recruitment and sourcing teams.
• Partner with project management, department heads, and regional leaders on workforce requirements.
• Metrics and compliance: track time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and retention while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
• Localization mandates: design and implement local talent strategies for Saudization and In-Country Value programs.
• Market intelligence: track competitor projects and regional salary shifts to adjust hiring strategies and compensation benchmarks.
• Employer branding: elevate market positioning through recruitment marketing, events, and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience within Oil & Gas, with at least 2-3 years in a direct leadership or management role.
• Languages: Arabic and English.
• Technical sourcing tools, proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searching, and recruitment analytics.
• IT skills: data management, data analytics, and HR systems.
