Purpose of the Position

As a Data Analyst you will be part of the Supply Chain Department.

You will support Supply Chain Management with data analysis, reports and dashboards in Excel and Power BI, and PowerPoint presentations with graphic visuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support supply chain data analysis by collecting, organizing, and validating data provided by management or extracted from the data warehouse.
  • Create and maintain Excel reports and Power BI dashboards to present supply chain information clearly and support management decision-making.
  • Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations using charts, graphics, and concise summaries to communicate key findings.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and data discrepancies, working with the Supply Chain team to improve reporting accuracy.
  • Apply AI tools to simplify data analysis and reporting under team guidance while checking accuracy and maintaining data confidentiality.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in AI, IT, or computer sciences.
  • 0-2 years of experience as a data analyst within Oil & Gas.
  • Languages: Arabic and English.
  • Technical knowledge: MS Office, Power BI data visualization, data analysis and intuition, statistical and mathematical thinking, and knowledge of AI to simplify analysis.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including professional PowerPoint presentations and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Power BI for dashboards and visual reports.
  • Knowledge of AI is mandatory.

Program Details

Some travelling will be expected within KSA.

Employment under the Graduate Development Program (GDP); contract type listed as permanent contract, apprenticeship, fixed term, or internship.

Location: KSA.
