The role is responsible for timely hiring and smooth HR operations.
Talent acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, agencies, and referrals.
- Coordinate interviews, offers, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and talent pipelines.
- Support manpower planning and urgent hiring requirements.
HR administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRMS data.
- Handle joining, confirmation, transfer, resignation, and exit formalities.
- Prepare HR letters, contracts, and employee documentation.
- Track visa, Emirates ID, contracts, and other HR deadlines.
- Support attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment and HR administration.
- Strong end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Good knowledge of UAE HR practices.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Success measures
Target of 90% or more of vacancies closed within agreed hiring timelines and 95% or more offer-to-joining conversion.
Maintain an active pipeline for all critical or open positions.
Target 100% accuracy in employee records and HR documentation and timely completion of joining, exit, and employee documentation.
Avoid missed deadlines for visa, contract, and employee-related renewals; support hiring manager satisfaction and quality of hire.
Pay
- AED 3,500–4,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
