Role overview

Pay and benefits

• Pay is stated as AED 3,000–3,300 per month; a separate pay line states AED 3,000–3,300 per month.
• Company visa and medical insurance are provided; other benefits are as per UAE Labour Law.

Hours

• Duty is 12 hours per day, comprising 11 work hours and a one-hour break, with one rotational day off per week.
• The role may include weekends and public holidays.

Sales and customer experience

• Achieve monthly targets for laundry packages, express services, and add-ons such as stain removal, fabric protection, and alterations.
• Upsell and cross-sell premium tiers and subscription or loyalty packages; convert walk-in enquiries into orders.
• Greet and assist customers, explain garment care, service options, and turnaround timelines, and address complaints or service recovery.
• Maintain customer satisfaction throughout the service journey.

Store operations, retention and reporting

• Process orders using POS or order management systems; maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and displays.
• Handle cash, receipts, and daily reconciliation; coordinate order tracking and delivery updates with backend teams.
• Enroll customers in loyalty programs, follow up on renewals, pending collections, and repeat business, and maintain customer records and order logs.
• Provide daily and weekly sales reports and flag recurring customer feedback or service issues to management.

Qualifications and requirements

• At least 3–4 years of retail sales or customer service experience; laundry, dry cleaning, or hospitality experience is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is advantageous.
• Hands-on POS experience and basic MS Office or Google Sheets skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills; ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
