Retail Sales Executive

Role overview

Pay and benefits

• Pay is AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
• Company visa and medical insurance are provided; other benefits are as per UAE Labour Law.

Hours and days off

• Duty is 12 hours per day, including 11 working hours and a one-hour break.
• One rotational day off is provided per week.
• Work includes weekends and public holidays.

Sales and customer experience

• Achieve monthly targets for laundry packages, express services, and add-ons such as stain removal, fabric protection, and alterations.
• Upsell and cross-sell premium service tiers and subscription or loyalty packages; convert walk-in enquiries into orders.
• Greet and assist customers, explain garment care, service options, and turnaround times, and handle complaints or service recovery.
• Maintain customer satisfaction throughout the service journey.

Store operations and retention

• Process orders using the POS or order management system; maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and displays.
• Manage cash, receipts, and daily reconciliation; coordinate order tracking and delivery updates with operations teams.
• Enroll customers in loyalty programs and follow up on renewals, pending collections, and repeat business.
• Maintain customer databases and order logs; provide sales reports and flag recurring feedback or service issues.

Qualifications and requirements

• At least 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience; laundry, dry cleaning, or hospitality experience is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is required; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
• Hands-on POS experience and basic MS Office or Google Sheets proficiency are required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and public holidays, is required.
