Overview
The Talent Empowerment Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, HRMS data management, benefits processing, and compliance support to ensure efficient HR operations across the institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end recruitment cycle — job postings, screening, interviews, and offer issuance.
- Oversee onboarding formalities, HRMS registration, and document compliance.
- Maintain and audit employee records, contracts, and benefits databases.
- Process reimbursements, allowances, and staff-related payments.
- Coordinate training, employee engagement, and departmental reports.
- Ensure adherence to internal HR policies and UAE labour regulations.
