Talent Acquisition Executive at Houzon Real Estate, recruiting brokers and agents for the Dubai real estate market.
The role offers ownership over brokerage team-building and a potential growth path into senior talent acquisition or recruitment leadership.
Responsibilities
- Source experienced brokers and agents across Dubai, including targeted outreach to competitor firms.
- Run recruitment campaigns via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and calls; screen, interview, and shortlist candidates.
- Build and manage a talent pipeline for current and future roles.
- Represent the employer brand at events and on social media.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and track and report recruitment metrics.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience; real estate, brokerage, or sales hiring experience is a strong plus.
- Confident cold-outreach and sourcing skills.
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a bonus.
- Comfort with ATS tools and HR systems.
- Familiarity with UAE labour law and RERA/DLD hiring practices.
- The description’s experience field additionally lists 2 years as an HR Assistant as required.
