Houzon Real Estate is hiring Real Estate / Property Consultants for its Dubai real estate market.
The role covers sales in secondary and/or off-plan property segments.
Responsibilities
- Manage property leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Consult clients about buying, selling, and investment needs; arrange and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate offers and guide clients through deal closure.
- Maintain knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, RERA regulations, and DLD processes.
- Build long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business.
Candidate requirements
- Prior real estate sales experience is preferred; freshers with strong sales experience are also encouraged.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- RERA certification is a plus, or candidates may be willing to obtain it.

Pay
