Job Summary
Royal Blinds is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tailor with experience in curtain and blinds stitching.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for measuring, cutting, and sewing high-quality fabrics to create custom-made window treatments that meet client specifications and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Take accurate measurements for curtains, drapes, and blinds.
- Cut and sew fabrics according to design specifications and customer requirements.
- Stitch various styles including blackout curtains, sheer curtains, roman blinds, and pelmets.
- Alter and repair existing curtains and blinds when required.
- Ensure high-quality finishing, including hemming, lining, and pleating.
- Work closely with the design and installation teams to ensure proper fit and finish.
- Maintain sewing machines and ensure a clean, organized workspace.
- Meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of tailoring experience, preferably in curtains, blinds, or home furnishings.
- Strong knowledge of different fabric types and stitching techniques.
- Ability to operate industrial sewing machines.
- Attention to detail and precision in measurements and stitching.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management skills.
- Experience in luxury or custom-made home décor products.
- Basic understanding of curtain/blind installation requirements.
- Familiarity with modern design trends in window treatments.

- in curtains, blinds, or home furnishings: 4 years (Required)
