1. Role & Responsibilities
- Assemble garments based on instructions from the Master Tailor
- Perform high-quality stitching and finishing for women’s garments
- Follow measurements and bespoke client requirements carefully
- Check details such as length, fitting, collar, pockets, buttons, and overall garment shape
- Work on linings, alterations, and garment finishing
- Follow production updates and measurements shared through WhatsApp or workshop instructions
- Maintain clean, accurate, and detail-focused work standards
2. Profile & Skills
- Experience in stitching and garment tailoring for women’s fashion
- Good understanding of measurements, fitting, and garment construction
- Able to follow instructions accurately and work with attention to detail
- Experience in bespoke or made-to-measure garments is a plus
- Quality-focused, organized, and reliable
- Team player with a positive attitude and good work discipline
